Pilates is a great way to feel strong and inspired. I love to follow Move With Nicole’s pilates workouts on YouTube. They are the workouts that make me feel the best.
Similar to pilates, taking up barre as a hobby in your 20s is a great way to care for your body and mind. I love the endorphins that I feel after a barre class. Such a great feeling!
I got this at-home punching bag last summer and it has been one of my new favorite forms of movement. When I’m feeling like a higher-intensity exercise, boxing is my new go-to.
Who says going for a simple walk can’t be a hobby? Outdoor walks are a daily non-negotiable for me. I notice improved mental clarity, mood, and inspiration when I take a walk outside for 10-30 minutes.
Find a perfect podcast for walking and make it a hobby!
I grew up as a dancer, so this is definitely one of my favorite hobbies for women in their 20s. There are so many different options when it comes to dancing – and each style is so unique, which makes it easier to find something you jive with (pun intended).
